A: Availability and eligibility of the packs

1. The Are they safe? Packs or any other material provided by us on this website (which shall be called 'publication or materials' in the terms and conditions) is at the absolute discretion of the Safe Network.
2. Not everyone is eligible to receive the publication or materials, applications can only be made by organisations and not individuals.
3. Applications shall be reviewed by the Safe Network team and approval to receive the materials shall be at the absolute discretion of the Safe Network which may reject any application.  In the event an application is rejected you shall be notified by email.
4. Acceptance of application by the NSPCC.  If your application is approved you will receive notification by email which shall confirm the publication or materials that the Safe Network is willing to provide to you.
5. The publication or materials are subject to availability as set out in condition D: part 2 below.

B: How many packs per person?

1. The maximum copies of the publication or materials available shall be at the absolute discretion of the Safe Network and may be subject to change but shall not generally exceed 10
2. Should the Safe Network change the number of packs that can be applied for online the following behaviours will occur:
   • an increase in packs per person will mean that applicants that had previously reached their cap will be able to apply for more until they reach the new cap
   • a decrease in packs per person will mean that new applicants will only be able to apply for a number of packs up to this new lower limit. 
   • Approved applications made under the previous higher cap order level will be honoured.
3. If an applicant has reached their order limit and additional packs are required then the applicant should contact the Safe Network directly for special consideration on: info@safenetwork.org.uk

C: Fulfilment of packs

1. If your application is successful we will endeavour to deliver the publication or materials with 30 days of acceptance of your application.  There will be no delivery charges, however delivery charges may apply to subsequent orders or for deliveries outside the United Kingdom, in which case we will confirm the delivery charges if your application is successful. 
2. Delays.  Occasionally, orders may be delayed or canceled by us.  This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, or higher than anticipated demand.  We will of course make every effort to keep you informed.  The Safe Network shall not be liable for delays, damage or loss to the materials in transit.
3. Cancellation right.  The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply as you are not acting as a consumer as defined int he Regulations
4. Cancellations and amendments.  As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact us at the earliest time but this must be no later than 3 days after submission of your application.  You will be asked to confirm the change or cancellation in writing.  If you amend or change your order you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale. 
5. Cancellations after despatch.  You will be responsible for post and packaging for return of all materials.

D: Other considerations

1. Intellectual Property Rights.  All rights, including copyright, in the publication or materials provided to you by the Safe Network are owned by or licensed to the Safe Network.  Full details of these rights are set out in the publication or materials.  Any use of the material or its contents for any other purpose other than for your own personal and non-commercial use is prohibited.
2. Exclusion of Liability.  To the extent permitted by application law, the Safe Network disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.  The Safe Network shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the publications or material provided.  The Safe Network does not accept liability for any loss or damages, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential, damages, or loss of profits, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or loss of use of this publication or materials.
3. Use of this website from outside England. The Safe Network may at its discretion accept orders for delivery to locations outside England subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions.  Those who choose to access this site from locations outside England or place orders for delivery to locations outside England are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
4.
