If you're a  community group or club that works with children and provides activities such as arts, religious teaching, youth services and early years or after school care, order the free Are they safe? pack.

We've provided the Are they safe? pack to help you set up safeguarding measures in your group or organisation.

How to order an Are they safe? pack

You need to be registered with the Safe Network website and signed-in to apply for these packs (1). 

Not registered?
Register with the Safe Network website here, activate your account and then you'll be directed to the Are they safe? pack application form.  It should take no more than five minutes.

Already registered?

Sign-in to the Safe Network website and apply here.

Had a pack before and want to order more?
Our new re-order process means that you don't have to fill out any more lengthy forms.  Just tell us how many Are they safe? packs you want and where you want them delivered.  Sign-in and re-order your Are they safe? pack now (2).

How to use the Are they safe? pack

Follow the three simple steps to get your way

Step 1 - Are they safe? guide and DVD
Use the guide for practical advice on how to keep children safe and show the DVD to staff, parents/carers and children.  Take a look at the Are they safe? pack guide in these handy downloads

Step 2 - Leaflets and posters
Use the sample leaflets and posters included to raise awareness of the importance of staying safe.

Step 3 - Order more
Keep your stock fresh and download or order more leaflets and publications

  1. Terms and conditions apply
  2. Applicants whose first application was approved prior to October 12th 2009 may have to provide additional details and will have to complete the full application form once more before they are able to benefit from the shorter re-order process.  Don't worry this will be the last time we'll ask.
