plan

You will  need to write an implementation plan. This needs to accompany the policy and should outline the approach you're taking.

Your approach should:

  1. Contain a plan for the dissemination of the policy across the agency, including timescales for each stage in the process
  2. Identify the relevant people/posts involved and their responsibilities
  3. Identify and address possible blocks to successful implementation
  4. State how the implementation of the policy is to be monitored in the future, identifying; what can be measured, by whom, how and when, the criteria for measuring success and when it will be reviewed and updated.
