The Safe Network has joined up with Small Steps to provide simple, straight forward advice for new parents and carers to think about from the first time their child joins the family. 

Information is provided through Small Steps magazines distributed in 20 areas across England as well as their website.





Small Steps is a magazine and online parenting community with news, forums, information about local activities, recipes, competitions and reviews among other things. 

The magazines are available in 20 regional areas and tailored to that area. The first magazine was published in 1999 and has gone from strength-to-strength, eventually also becoming an online resource including pages on Facebook and a Twitter account.
