Serious Case Reviews are critically important to the ongoing protection of children. Agencies and local authorities are currently looking more rigorously at their processes and practices to learn lessons from tragic incidents and to ultimately improve outcomes for children and young people.

This timely event will address the following key issues:

  • Inter-agency working to safeguard children.
  • Tools to improve outcomes for children.
  • Lessons learnt in carrying out Serious Case Reviews
  • Key areas of change management and how these can be adopted in your locality.
  • Information sharing protocols.

With strategic presentations and practical workshops this forum is a key opportunity to share knowledge and engage with experts to identify strategies in ensuring positive outcomes and eliminating risks for children and young people in your area.
