The Safe Network is producing a short film about what we do. Would you like to be involved? Read more below..

The purpose of the film is to showcase the services and resources the Safe Network has available to support groups and organisations with their safeguarding and child protection arrangements.

The film will be made available to view on our website and will be made in to a DVD for facilitators to use to introduce Safe Network or some of our specific resources to organisations, groups, staff, volunteers and parents.

We would like to offer groups who use the Safe Network service an opportunity to be a part of the filming. We would like to include children, young people, group leaders, staff/volunteers and maybe some parents to star in the clips. There will be small incentive for groups who are involved.

All that are filmed will be depicted as having fun and staying safe, demonstrating  the use of appropriate safeguarding and child protection arrangements within your organisation.

The film is NOT about children and young people who have been abused and will not include children talking about their experiences of abuse or acting out scenarios of abuse. It will also NOT present children who have been abused and encourage donations from users.
