The DCSF has published a short report on the progress against Lord Laming’s recommendations set out in The Protection of Children in England: A Progress Report (2009).

The purpose of this short report is to provide an overview of progress against Lord Laming’s recommendations and set out future priorities. The report summarises the progress and sets out how the National Safeguarding Delivery Unit will seek to make a difference over the coming year.
