The Safe Network recognises that a happy family life is central to the wellbeing and development of all children, and are happy to support a campaign that encourages families to spend time with each other inside and outside of the home and when taking part in fun activities.

Events taking place during National Familiy Week 2010 include a family picnic, story time, and sports day. Their will also be a number of regional events.
