A Common Sense Approach: A review of the criminal records regime

The Government has also published its response to the review which accepts the majority of the review's proposals. This includes the suggestions that there needs to be clearer definitions around what constitutes a criminal record and a thorough review of which offences are include in national records. This could lead to cautions and reprimands being included in CRB checks.
