The FREE seminar 'Climate Change: new funding for a new climate' is being held at National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) 11:30am - 3:30pm on Thursday 20 September 2012 and is open to all voluntary and community organisations working with or on behalf of disabled children and their families.

The event will focus on fresh new approaches to commissioning and on adopting a more personalised way of providing support and advice to disabled children and young people.

The morning and afternoon sessions will include:

• An overview of SEN and Disability policy developments
• A look at personlised approaches in practice
• A Q & A session on key funding approaches
• Measuring impact in your organisation
• Social investment funding
• Building relationships with funders
