These help structure our message boards and conversations so that its easy to find what you’re looking for.  Simply put:

• Discussion Group: or otherwise known as 'Conversations', outline key groups of interest. To easily find what you are looking for these are kept to a minimum and are set-up by the moderator.
• Topics: these are questions and specific areas of discussion that may be relevant to a particular conversation group.  All registered users can suggest a new topic to the moderator
• Replys: otherwise known as threads and messages, these are the posts that users send us in response to the initial topic question or another users message in that topic.  All registered users can post a message.
