We are a new team and we are still quite small so we may not be able to reply to everyone as quickly as we’d like. Please don’t let this put you off though, as the more you get involved the better the Conversation will be. Here are some general guidelines and rules for now:

•  The moderator will be available during the hours of 10am to 4.30pm 
• The moderator is unavailable during the weekends or after standard office hours.
• You can still submit a message at anytime but it will only be posted to the site once it has been moderated, so if it is submitted out of hours you will have to wait until the moderator is next available.
• If the Conversation message boards are busy please be patient as it may take longer to get to your message
