Before you can reply you must be registered or signed-in.  Once you’ve done that simply follow these steps:

1. Click on the topic you want to post a reply to then click on the ‘post a reply’ button. 
2. Type your message into the message box.  All messages must be no longer than 1,500 characters long. 
3. When you are happy with your message click on the ‘submit’ button.  Your message will then be sent to the moderator for approval before it is posted. 
4. Your message will then be saved so you will see it in the topic you replied to but it will not be visible to other users or if you are not signed-in
5. If your post is approved it will be automatically added to the topic for everyone to see.  You will be able to see which post is yours by your unique ‘display name’

Please note that you will not be able to edit, change or delete your message once it has been submitted. Due to our moderation process and opening hours you may not be able to view your reply straight away. Please check the topics regularly to see if your message has been added.

Replies will only be approved by our moderator if they meet our house rules
