There is currently no dedicated process for this as all messages are pre-moderated. But if we’ve missed something, please drop us a line:

• General queries. Click on <suggest a topic> button.
• Queries specific to a topic: click on <post a reply> button within the topic in question.
• In the editor box that will appear please compose your message including details of what your concern is and any further refrence details that will help us easily identify the concern.
• The message will then be posted to our moderator who will review your message and take action where necessary. 

Please note that messages reporting concerns will not appear in the message boards.
