About Making the Link project

The Making the Link project
 aims to support people with a role to play in child accident prevention throughout England.

The programme is funded by the Department for Education and the Department for Health but managed by the Child Accident Prevention Trust.

Making the Link provides tools to encourage effective partnership working to reduce deaths and hospital admissions from child accidents.

MTL's partnership with the Safe Network will enable us to provide enhanced knowledge and support to the voluntary and community sector on preventing serious accidents to children and young people. We aim to do this by:
